Job summary

Lidl GB is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our store team in the United Kingdom. The role covers restocking shelves, operating tills, and delivering great service while keeping the store clean, tidy and organised.

The position offers an hourly rate between £13.45 and £14.45 with a 25-hour contract and pro-rata holiday entitlement. You’ll also benefit from a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, enhanced family leave and a Long service award, with opportunities to grow into Freshness,

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
