Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is recruiting for a part-time Store Associate at Worcester St Johns, WR2 4EL. Rate £13.23 per hour, 26.5 hours per week on a fixed-term assignment ending 9 January 2027.

Availability includes early mornings and weekends, with a closing date of 28 October 2026. You will provide friendly service, help stock shelves, assist customers, and use digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
