Sainsbury's Bridgemead Store in Swindon is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will help pick orders, assist customers and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery or substitutions when out of stock.
• Using a handheld scanner to plan your route, select items, and manage time for each shop task.
• Handling customer queries behind the scenes, processing orders and helping load vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
• Always ready to serve customers, answer questions and proactively offer help.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide useful recommendations.
• Workflexibly across the store as required.
