Sainsbury's Biggleswade Store is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant to join our festive-season teams. You’ll be customer-focused, friendly and proactive, working 15 hours per week to help shelf-fill, serve customers and keep the store well-presented.

With on-the-job training and flexible shifts, you’ll use digital tools to aid service and stock organisation, while enjoying colleague benefits and a supportive team environment in a busy grocery setting.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
