Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
• Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Witney store on a fixed term basis until February 2026. 30 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available. Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is: Sunday 04:00-10:00, Monday off, Tuesday off, Wednesday 04:00-10:00, Thursday 04:00-10:00, Friday 04:00-10:00, Saturday 04:00-10:00. You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
