Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the Preston area. The role covers running a busy branch, hitting targets, negotiating car prices, and delivering excellent customer service.

A full UK driving licence is required as is the ability to work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotational shift, including weekends. You will be dealing with appraisals, coordinating transfers, and supporting back-office operations while helping to grow the branch with the support of a market-leading

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload. Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.
