Job summary

Momentum Instore seeks a flexible Retail Beauty Merchandiser to work with top brands across major high street stores. You’ll visit retailers, update displays, install POS, and refresh stock according to detailed planograms, in a front-line merchandising role.

This is a project-based, field-based assignment with paid induction and training days. Travel is regional (up to 50 miles from home), and work occurs Monday–Friday on project days, with ongoing opportunities in 2027.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.

Responsibilities

• Visiting retailers and using planograms to update the stand.
• Moving and installing new parts and resequencing stock per planogram.
• Changing visuals/graphics and assembling display stands.
• Merchandising stock and stand maintenance.
• Installing Point Of Sale and profiling shelving.
• Travelling to the depot for kit collection; travel time paid.

Retail Beauty Merchandiser– Flexible

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Beauty Merchandiserto join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up and Maybelline in major high street stores. Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!

Working full days (no part-time hours) Monday – Friday (min 4 consecutive days due to vehicle hire), as and when we have projects, on a project by project basis

This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands‑on work.

We have projects all year round with our peak times being January (4-6 weeks) and July (4 weeks), other projects available throughout 2027!

Schedules for January are sent early/mid December, with induction and training days paid before then!

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.

Work on a project-by-project basis. With other projects available such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer. Also collecting asset tags from major supermarket retail and returning to the local depot.

Role and Responsibilities

• Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
• Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
• Changing over the visuals/graphics
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
• Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
• Stand maintenance
• Installing Point Of Sale
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
• Use initiative to problem solve
• Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.
