Job summary

Nike Retail Associate in the United Kingdom plays a key role in delivering the Nike store experience, helping customers discover products that inspire performance. You will be part of a motivated team focused on service, product knowledge, and providing a memorable shopping journey.

Shifts run across early mornings to evenings, including weekends; regular training, monthly bonus opportunities, and staff discounts support development and motivation. Relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Flexible with retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in the UK by start date (Nike cannot sponsor).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure shelves and displays are in stock.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns/exchanges.
• Contribute to achieving store goals through upselling and teamwork.
