Your Mission
  • Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
  • Oversee all talent‑related matters including scheduling, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
  • Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell‑through rates and product flow strategy in store.
  • Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change‑outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell‑through optimization on a daily basis.
  • Ensure effective in‑store training delivered by the training lead.

Your story
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a customer‑focused environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in the Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.
  • You have a proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
  • You have strong experience in project management, coordinating cross‑functional teams from start to finish.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
