Job summary

Max Spielmann in Cheshunt is looking for a personable Retail Assistant to join our Timpson family. You will help customers with photo printing, canvas wall art and personalized gifts, while delivering a warm, memorable service and turning first‑time buyers into loyal customers through your energy and enthusiasm.

Full training is provided. The role is full‑time, 40 hours a week across 5 days (including weekends).

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; extensive training provided.
• Customer care and selling skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with photo printing, canvas wall art and personalized gifts.
• Deliver a warm, memorable customer experience and turn first-time buyers into loyal customers.
• Assist with day-to-day store tasks and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment.
• Learn and develop in a busy retail setting with ongoing support from the team.
