Job summary

TK Maxx in Weston-super-Mare is seeking Retail Associates for a short-term Christmas period, with flexible hours and friendly, welcoming service. You’ll greet customers, help with their needs, and support fast, efficient checkout lines in a busy store.

No prior experience is required — training will be provided. You’ll join a diverse, collaborative team, enjoy employee discounts, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while developing your customer service skills over the holiday
