Job summary

TK Maxx UK is recruiting Retail Associates for Temporary Fixed Term Contracts from mid-October to Saturday 2 January 2027, with 8–16 hour shifts available across Sundays, Saturdays and weekday evenings in Cardiff. Join a welcoming, inclusive team that values integrity and collaboration.

Job Description:

We're looking for Retail Associates to join our team in a welcoming environment. Whether you're starting your career or already have experience, we're excited to work with you and help you grow.

We are recruiting for Temporary Fixed Term Contracts starting from Mid October and running to Saturday 2nd January 2027 - Hours ranging from 8-16 hour contracts and we are looking for availability that covers;

• Sunday 10am to 6pm
• Saturday 9am to 10pm
• Weekday evenings 430pm to 930pm

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a smile, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Take on a variety of tasks, from cashier duties and fitting room assistance to backroom support and keeping the store clean and inviting.
