Retail Sales Assistants - Role

Are you a people person with a flair for sales? We're hiring enthusiastic and proactive Retail Sales Assistants / Brand Ambassadors / Beauty Advisors / Sales Consultants to represent leading brands in-stores around London during the busiest (and most exciting!) time of the year.

Retail Sales Assistants - Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere in-store
• Approach and interact with shoppers to build rapport and identify their needs
• Communicate product benefits with confidence and clarity
• Assist customers in finding the perfect gift or treat for themselves
• Drive conversions and upsell where possible
• Hit sales targets and contribute to team success
• Embody brand values and stay informed on product knowledge
• Support your team in maintaining a high-performing retail environment

What We're Looking For
