Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Stockroom Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 02 January 2027 and part-time hours (08 per week). The role involves keeping the stockroom tidy, transferring stock to the shop floor, receiving deliveries, and supporting salesfloor colleagues in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work 19:00–23:00 with a pay rate of £13.71 per hour, and eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to legislation around equipment use and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the stockroom looking great and well organised to allow better visibility and to promote a safe working environment.
• Transferring stock between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Receiving, unpacking, checking off and organising new deliveries every day in a fast and efficient way, making sure all goods are packed away or put out for sale.
• Acting in a safe and professional manner making sure we minimise stock damage and loss.
• Providing a great stockroom environment by organising and allocating the stock while supporting and helping the colleagues on the salesfloor.
