The Gunner Café, Purvis Lines, Larkhill SP4 8QU, is recruiting a Retail Assistant for Sodexo. This 30-hour-a-week role offers daytime hours Mon–Fri with occasional weekends and a pay of £12.71 per hour. You will interact daily with customers and help keep the convenience store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over to sell restricted items.
• Retail experience welcome; full training provided.
• Sales awareness to contribute to store performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently.
• Manage stock, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and rotation.

• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
• Verify ID for restricted items.
