Overview

Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

Hours: 20 hours across 4 days per week.

Pay: £10.10 - £12.31 per hour depending on age. Benefits include 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Hayes, Hillingdon, Greater London. This is a permanent part time position with a minimum of 20 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends. Shifts include weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Pay & benefits:

The amount you earn depends on age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
• Help customers find the items that they are looking for
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, assist with packing, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
• Handle stock with care while taking in deliveries, place products into freezers and shelves for customers
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep shops safe, clean and tidy

• Flexibility with shifts; rotas planned three weeks in advance and commitments outside work considered
