Job summary

Farmfoods in Brierley Hill seeks a Positive Team Member (PTRA) to provide excellent customer service and maintain shop standards. Successful candidates will greet customers, assist with product location, and handle stock deliveries efficiently.

This role requires a hardworking, reliable individual who can adapt to various tasks and help create a welcoming environment. Flexible shifts are available, with 16 hours of work per week across 4 days.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay varies by age: £10.95 per hour for ages 16‑20, £12.81 per hour for ages 21 and over.

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Deliver fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

Requirements

• A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy and ready to jump between tasks including deliveries, till work, customer assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
• Reliable and dependable as part of a small team; colleagues and customers will depend on you to perform at each shift.
• Flexible with shifts; willing to cover for teammates during holidays and work slightly different hours as planned.
• Pass an employment verification check once offered the position.
