Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Assistant for the ParcMarket at Whinfell Forest. You will deliver friendly service, operate tills, replenished stock, and help run a smooth store environment while assisting guests with a positive experience.

Role requires flexible hours across early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with contracts including part-time, permanent and fixed-term until January 14, 2027. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Deliver excellent service in the forest

Join our ParcMarket team as a Retail Assistant, where you'll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our store runs smoothly. You'll handle everything from serving guests at the checkout to maintaining stock displays and supporting other retail outlets.

What You' ll Be Doing

• Operate tills and handle transactions
• Replenish stock and maintain displays
• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Resolve queries and ensure a positive guest experience

Your working hours

• Part-time, permanent and fixed-term (until 14th January 2027) contracts, shifts fall between 7:00am to 9:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 88 or 96 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
