Ellis Brigham Ltd is seeking an in-store team member with a passion for outdoor sports and excellent people skills. You’ll help customers find the right gear, advise on clothing, footwear and equipment, and share your enthusiasm for adventures with shoppers.

The role involves teamwork, great service, and maintaining engaging store displays. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is valued, and fluent English is essential.

• Complete daily store operations accurately and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Helping customers choose the best products for their needs

• Offering advice on a wide range of gear, including clothing, footwear, & equipment

• Sharing your expertise, product knowledge, & passion for outdoor sports

• Working with your team to deliver excellent service & create a welcoming environment

• Maintaining store displays & stock presentation

• Completing daily store operations accurately & efficiently

Who you are

• Passionate about outdoor sports or ready to immerse yourself in the outdoor world

• A confident communicator with good people skills

• Enjoy helping customers & creating a welcoming experience

• Eager to learn & keep up with brands, trends, & product developments

• Honest, hardworking, & team-focused

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, & holidays

• Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus
