Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Nights Retail Assistant at Primark Bluewater. The role is fixed-term with the contract ending 02 January 2027 and part-time hours (8–24 per week). Shifts run overnight from 12:00am to 4:00am, with a 20% premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.

You must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK. Expect a competitive hourly rate (£13.00/hour) and flexible shifts. The role includes stocking, price updates, merchandising, and customer service during night hours,

Responsibilities

• Resetting the salesfloor, creating eye-catching displays, replenishing stock
• Ensuring prices are correct and visible, updating price changes
• Handling stock transfers, deliveries, and removing poor-quality items
• Implementing changes to the salesfloor layout and keeping stockroom tidy
• Providing customers with a great night-time shopping experience

Job description

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (Hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a 20% premium)

Shift pattern: Will be discussed at interview.
As the shifts require work between the hours of 12-4am, all candidates must be 18+ to be considered.

What you’ll do

As a Nights Retail Assistant, you’ll be working hard at night to provide our customers with an amazing experience as soon as they step through the front door the next morning. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Resetting the salesfloor, including creating eye‑catching displays and replenishing the stock on the shelves.
• Making sure the stock is correctly priced and that any price changes are clear and visible to customers.
• Handling all stock, stock transfers, deliveries, and removing items from the salesfloor that don’t meet our high standards.
• Implement any changes to the salesfloor, such as layout.
• Keeping a tidy and well‑organised stockroom.
