Job summary

Welcome Break in Warwick is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Forecourt (BP). This full-time role offers a rewarding package with a salary up to £28,000 plus a bonus scheme and a £10 meal allowance per shift.

You will lead the team, support the Store Manager across service, safety and commercial performance, and help drive a great customer experience. You’ll coach on shift, manage stock and routines, ensure a clean, well-organised unit, and receive training and progression into a Store

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor/Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Willingness to lead from the front and develop others on shift.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on shift and support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and commercial performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and routines, and ensure the unit is clean and well-organised.
• Contribute to a strong customer experience with a warm welcome and high standards.

Ready to take the next step in your leadership career in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment? As an Assistant Manager in Forecourt at Welcome Break, you’ll help lead the team day to day, keep standards high, and make sure every customer gets a warm welcome and a great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager in Forecourtacross service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well‑organised, and ready for every rush. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, and we’ll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.
