Job summary

One Retail, on behalf of M&S, is seeking a Retail Assistant to join a fast-paced High Street environment on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. You will be the face of the brand, delivering friendly, personalised service.

You'll work as part of Compass Group UK&I, with opportunities to progress and be rewarded for going beyond the plate. This role offers flexible shifts and the chance to grow within a major UK retailer network.

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
• Representing M&S and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
