Job summary

Aldi is seeking a friendly customer assistant in Bracknell to provide excellent service on the shop floor. You’ll help stock shelves, check product quality and maintain strong merchandising standards, and operate tills accurately and promptly.

Shifts can start early and finish late; Aldi offers training, development, and a supportive team in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours between 10 and 30 hours per week and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
