An established educational institution is seeking a Retail Assistant Apprentice for a trendy boutique in Ryde. Responsibilities include customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining appealing product displays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and good communication skills, along with GCSEs in English and Maths. This apprenticeship offers full training.

This is a unique opportunity to join a trendy, upmarket and vibrant boutique in the centre of Ryde.
Established 19 years ago, Bouchic offers a curated range of fashion, accessories, homeware, furniture, and gifts from well-loved brands including Orla Kiely, Maileg, Jellycat, and Moomins.
Bouchic has a loyal customer base both in the UK and internationally through their web-based orders.
Rather excitingly and due to business growth, Bouchic are now looking for an enthusiastic Retail apprentice to join the team.
*This list is not exhaustive; the successful candidate will be expected to be enthusiastic about contributing in all day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the boutique.
The successful candidate will be passionate about fashion and have a good knowledge of seasonal trends to ensure customers receive the best experience both instore and online.
The successful candidate will be subject to completion of a DBS check.
GCSE grade C/4 or above in English & Maths is desirable (or equivalent qualification and/or ability to work towards these Functional Skills if not previously achieved).
The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £7.55 per hour. This applies to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies in the second year of the apprenticeship.
