Job summary

Holland Barrett is recruiting a part-time Retail Assistant for our London store on Portobello Road. You will greet customers, recommend wellness products and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment. Training and ongoing support will help you build product knowledge and confidence.

In this role, you’ll work 10 hours per week at £14.26 per hour, with excellent discounts and a comprehensive benefits scheme. Join us to support customers on their wellness journey.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
