Primark Manchester is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant. You will handle customer service, assist with sizing and purchases, and keep the store looking its best. Shifts are varied, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Earn £13.00 per hour with a generous employee discount and pension scheme. This temp role ends on 02/01/2027, with potential for ongoing flexibility and development as part of our team.

Pay rate: £13.00 Per Hour
Employment type: Temporary (Contract End Date: 02/01/2027)
Job type: Part time
Contracted hours: 7.5 - 20 hours per week
Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

Qualifications

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
