Overview

You will be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring customers are the heart of everything we do. You’ll take the time to really get to know them whilst delivering genuinely great service. As a Retail Assistant you’ll be vital to the running of a store and will always be kept busy.

Responsibilities

• Host – welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products and make it super easy for them.
• Warehouse standards – assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, collect customer orders and keep standards high.
• Part of the team – join a team that takes pride in their store, works together and has lots of fun along the way!
• A great communicator who loves to help people.

Qualifications

• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic!
• Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training.
• Willing to learn – you don’t need retail experience to succeed.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday (7am to 8pm)
Saturday (7am to 6pm)
Sunday (9am to 4pm)

• £22,788 per year (estimated)
