Job summary

Queen Mary Students' Union is seeking part‑time Retail Assistants to support the day‑to‑day running of shops on the Mile End campus. You will be an excellent team player with strong communication skills, capable of flexible scheduling and maintaining high standards throughout service to deliver exceptional customer care.

Only QMUL students for the 2026–2027 academic year may apply. You must demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK under current immigration law.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day running of the shops on the Mile End campus.
• Deliver friendly customer care and maintain standards throughout service.
• Ensure outlets run smoothly at scheduled times and remain fully operational.

£14.98 per hour (plus 19.27% holiday pay)

You will be required to help to ensure the outlet is running smoothly and fully operational at the scheduled times, maintaining all standards throughout the service and delivering exceptional levels of customer care and satisfaction.
