Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser for the Glenrothes area to support short, flexible hours. You will work in stores to set up and maintain product displays, follow planograms, and capture photos and notes for client reporting.

Responsibilities include completing visits on time, reporting clearly, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will operate independently with guidance from the District Team Leader.

• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems.
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues).
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with any required training or certifications.
• Complete all store visits on time.
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Glenrothes area

Hours: 3 hours per week

Monday

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.
