Job Overview

Part time NEW. You'll be at the core of Screwfix, making sure our customers are the heart of everything we do. This role focuses on delivering genuinely great service while enjoying a supportive and fun team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Host – welcome customers into the store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products and make the experience super easy.
• Warehouse standards – assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, process customer orders and uphold high standards.
• Part of the team – join a team that takes pride in the store, works together and has lots of fun. Provide outstanding service with a positive can‑do, no‑nonsense approach.

Qualifications

• Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training.
• A great communicator who loves to help people.
• Willing to learn – retail experience is not required.
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic.

Remuneration and Hours

£19,211 per year – estimated.

Opening hours: Monday – Friday (7 am to 8 pm); Saturday (7 am to 6 pm); Sunday (9 am to 4 pm).

Hourly rates may include a location allowance which is reviewed annually and may change.
