Screwfix is hiring a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products in our Camberley store. You’ll be part of a busy team, helping deliver excellent service and maintaining high store standards.

With great training programmes and flexible shift patterns, this role offers a healthy work-life balance and real opportunities for career progression within Screwfix.

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Responsibilities

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL ASSISTANT?

• Host – you’ll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Warehouse standards – you’ll assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders and keeping standards high
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, work together and have lots of fun along the way!
