Job summary

Primark Poole is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant for a fixed-term contract ending 02 January 2027. You’ll help customers with sizes and styles, assist with purchases and returns, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Hours are 12–16 per week with varied shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends) at the Poole store, paid at £13.00 per hour. Benefits include employee discounts, pension and development opportunities.

• Deliver fast, friendly service at till points and handle queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive and check new deliveries, price items and ensure stock meets standards.

What you'll do

As a Retail Assistant you'll be making customers day, every day. Here's a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
