In this role you will oversee an area containing 23 shops and donation centres in the Central North region. On completion of a 12‑week induction you will assume full responsibility for business strategy, sales and profit targets, colleague‑led initiatives and financial acumen. The role requires travel and overnight stays and comes with a company car.
