The role of a Retail Area Manager is to be an integral part of the Rohan Retail team, responsible for driving and maximising sales across the owned and franchise estate under their control.

About the role
  • Support stores to achieve sales targets and profitability in line with budget
  • Ensure all stores provide outstanding customer service
  • Create and maintain effective relationships between stores and Head Office
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain store, Health & Safety, and company standards
  • Mentor, train, and support store managers to effectively manage their store
  • Motivate and drive performance through structured store visits
  • Contribute to sourcing, fitting, and opening stores and concessions as well as supporting store re-fits

Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence

  • This role requires regular travel and overnight stays away from home
  • Expectation to attend Head Office as and when required
