Vodafone Worksop Partner store is seeking a motivated Retail Adviser to engage customers, understand their needs, and create a memorable shopping experience in-store.

You’ll work 38 hours per week with a base of £13.45 per hour plus uncapped commission; weekend shifts may be required, and you’ll join a friendly, driven team representing a leading UK brand. No prior franchise experience required, with full training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented and able to interact with customers to understand needs and build trust.
• Willing to work weekends as well as weekdays.

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone Worksop Partner store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then.
