Molton Brown in Cheltenham is recruiting a Retail Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract, 11 hours per week. You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting ranges, helping them select products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in.

No prior experience needed; we look for reliability, a true team player and a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. Benefits include staff discounts, quarterly bonus potential and career progression.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
