Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Cannock is seeking a motivated Retail Adviser for our Vodafone Cannock Partner store. You will interact with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a memorable personal experience while aiming to resolve issues on the spot.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour plus an excellent bonus scheme. Weekend work may be required; you’ll join a friendly, driven team supporting one of the UK’s most valuable brands.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone Cannock Partner store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then.
