Our client, a leading US law firm, is looking to recruit a Magic Circle or US firm restructuring lawyer with 2-4 PQE to focus on restructuring and insolvency matters.

You must have experience of advising on creditor schemes of arrangement/restructuring plans, out of court restructurings and enforcements, and insolvency matters.

Only E&W qualified solicitors with the aforementioned background and strong academics will be considered.
