Job summary

Reading School District is seeking a Restorative Practices Facilitator to develop and implement proactive restorative practices that foster a safe, supportive school culture. The role focuses on training staff, aligning practices with district goals, and using data to improve student outcomes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience; a Master’s in School Counseling or Social Work is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as IIRP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least three years of related experience.
  • Master’s Degree in School Counseling or Social Work preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of Restorative Practices best practices and techniques.
  • Leads and facilitates development, implementation, and evaluation of Restorative Practices Program.
  • Completes IIRP Train the Trainer program to train staff in Restorative Practices.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of trauma-informed and equity-based practices relevant to Restorative Practices.
  • Collaborates with building administrators and leadership to support school-wide culture.
  • Provides MTSS supports and interventions as needed.
