Job summary

NHS Highland invites applications for a Locum Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. The role focuses on complex Restorative treatments for core patient groups, and requires GDC Registration with specialist status or CCST near completion.

Flexible working options may be discussed. The post is 6 months to help clear backlogs and develop the service, working alongside the existing consultant on return from absence.

Qualifications

• Expert skills in Restorative Dentistry with full GDC Registration.
• Must be on the GDC Specialists list, or within 6 months of CCST in restorative dentistry.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex Restorative treatments focused on core patient groups.
• Backlog clearance and support for development of the service with the current consultant.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exemplary patient care.
