Job summary

Parogon Group in Staffordshire is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Team members to join our front-of-house at our Staffordshire restaurants. As a Server, you will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a welcoming, memorable dining experience from start to finish.

You will thrive in a busy team, pay attention to detail, and uphold our high service standards. We offer strong tips, staff discounts, and opportunities to develop within a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests on the restaurant floor with a friendly, attentive approach.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation on the floor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and upsell where appropriate.
