Podium at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor. Join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family!

We are looking for someone who can work 39 hours per week, across 5 shifts including weekends and evenings.

Join the team at Podium, our 2 Rosette restaurant in the heart of Manchester where great food and genuine hospitality come together. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Podium, you will:

• Support our Podium Manager to leading our Podium team, ensuring every guest is welcomed and looked after with warmth and professionalism.
• Oversee service, coaching and training our Team Members to deliver confident, attentive, and memorable dining experiences.
• Use your knowledge of our menus and beverages to assist both guests and team members, making thoughtful recommendations and ensuring high standards are maintained.
  Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service, paying attention to guest needs, dietary requirements and allergen information.
• Evening and weekend availability is essential - these are our busiest and most exciting times!
• Experience in food and beverage supervision is important, ideally in a similar venue. If you have some leadership experience, enjoy leading by example and are an enthusiastic team player - we’ll provide the training you need to thrive.
