are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join
our team. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, overseeing the waitstaff, and
contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion

Key
Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring high service
standards.

Supervise and mentor waitstaff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work
environment.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute special events and
promotions.

Monitor reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements to ensure
efficient guest flow.

Assist in training and development programs for front-of-house staff.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests
and staff.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar front-of-house
role within the hospitality industry.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational
challenges.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
