COSMO Authentic World Kitchen in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest service. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage reservations, and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver smooth service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused mindset, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
