Pearly Cow Brighton is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dining floor with warmth and precision. You’ll supervise a busy service, mentor the team, and ensure guests leave with memorable experiences in a vibrant, independent grill-house setting.

Experience in restaurant service and confident leadership are essential. You’ll bring passion for food and people, stay calm under pressure, and help uphold high standards across breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts on the Brighton scene.
