Welcome Break at Sarn Park in Bridgend is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Burger King. This full-time, permanent role involves helping run a busy site, supporting the team day‑to‑day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.
