San Carlo Regent Street is seeking a friendly Runner to join our busy London restaurant. You’ll deliver food and drink from kitchen to tables with accuracy and pace, acting as the bridge between front of house and kitchen staff to keep service flowing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks from kitchen to customers' tables accurately and promptly.
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Ensure food is served safely and at the correct temperature.
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after service.
• Support table resets and maintain a clean dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.
