Restaurant Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experience, keeping things running like clockwork while making sure everyone's having a bloody good time - guests and team alike: You’ll be doing:

• Lead and inspire our team across the restaurant, conservatory, hideaway, domes, room service and events.
• Keep service standards sky‑high and spirits even higher.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with our Executive Chef on menus, ideas, and feedback.
• Manage budgets like a pro - keeping costs low and quality high.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team so everyone grows together.
• Keep the place looking sharp, safe, and sparkling (front and back of house).
• Jump into Duty Management when needed and lead from the floor.
• To be passionate about and evaluate customer feedback and take appropriate action based on the results.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and allergen regulations
