Sweet Memory is seeking an energetic, reliable, and organized individual to join our team in Richmond, BC. This role will support daily operations, staff management, supplier coordination, and event operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Recruit staff
• Train staff
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Manage events

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in food services
• Computer & technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
• Languages: English (required); Chinese (asset)
• Personal suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexible, organized, reliable, ability to multitask
