Job Title: Restaurant Manager : 5 Star Hotel : Dorset

Salary: up to A GBP 40,000 + Service charge

Location: Dorset

My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this stylish hotel in Dorset. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F and B Director and oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

About The Position

• Manage and train the team to the highest level of consistency
• Manage the P and L, forecasting and budgeting
• Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
• Report to the F and B Director

Successful Candidate

• At least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end restaurant
